Pricing and Payment Terms

- Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.

- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice per month.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to reschedule as necessary.
Permits and Compliance
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local regulations for pressure washing activities on their property.
We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate effective service delivery, customers agree to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Remove or secure any objects that may obstruct the work area.
- Disclose any known issues or vulnerabilities in the property’s surfaces.
- Ensure that water and electrical sources are accessible if required for services.
Warranties and Guarantees
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Our warranties do not cover:
